The CIRT meetings are for members only.  There are no registration fees for CIRT Members of Record and their spouses.  A fee will be charged for additional people from the same company as well as their spouses as follows:

• $995 - Additional person from the same company (no spouse).
  
• $1850 - Additional person and spouse.

MAKING HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Make your reservations before October 11, 2024 by calling the Ojai Valley Inn at 888-697-9116 and be sure to reference the Construction Industry Round Table to get the various group rates. At this time, please provide them with the requested room type (i.e., Vista Luxury Queen, Vista Luxury King, or Run of House, etc).  Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call. The Resort does not confirm reservations to the individual in writing.

The following room types & rates are available for members however there may be other room types available at a higher rate not part of the CIRT group rates noted below. Should you choose to book a different room type, the prevailing room rate at the time of booking will be applied.

•    Run of House - (only available from nights of 11/07 – 11/12) - $395 +++
•    Vista Luxury Queen / Luxury Kings (only available from nights of 11/09 – 11/12) - $395 +++
•    Fireplace Mini Suite King Rooms = (only 5 available from 11/10 – 11/12) - $570 +++
•    Fireplace Luxury Suite King – (only 2 available from 11/10 – 11/12) - $995+++

    The above rates, in addition to the 15.45% tax per room per night, there will be a daily service charge of $50.00 per room, per night which includes:

•    24 Hour Valet & Self-Parking
•    High Speed Wi-Fi in all Guest Rooms, Pool Areas and Lobby
•    Night Turndown Service
•    Full Access to Fitness Center and Daily Mind & Body Classes
•    Select Newspapers & Magazines available thru in room iPad

•    Unlimited use of Tennis Courts (reservations required)

Check-in is 4:00pm on arrival day and reserved until 12:00pm on departure day.  Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.
