CIRT is a founding member and active participant in the Construction Career Alliance (CCA) stakeholder group representing a cross-section of parties formed to provide attention to the pressing issues regarding skilled/craft trade workforce needs. The purpose of the CCA is to create a single voice that can harmonize and/or find common ground to address the issue.
